Terms of Service

Effective October 5, 2026 ยท Version 2026-10-05. These Terms govern your access to and use of Shape to Fly, a service operated by ShapeToFly LLC.

The service and your designs

Shape to Fly provides browser-based tools for designing, reviewing, and preparing RC aircraft and printable parts. You retain ownership of content you submit and remain responsible for validating designs, materials, assembly, and safe use.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid subscriptions renew until canceled. Paddle is our Merchant of Record and handles payment, taxes, receipts, billing support, and approved returns.

Safety and limitations

Shape to Fly is a design aid, not an airworthiness certification or substitute for professional judgment. The complete Terms appear when this panel loads.
