Our 30-day refund promise
Request a refund within 30 days of an initial purchase or renewal. This promise does not limit mandatory consumer rights or a longer period where you live.
How to request a refund
Email support@shapetofly.com from your account address. Paddle processes approved refunds to the original payment method.
Cancellation is different
Canceling prevents the next renewal but does not automatically refund an earlier charge. The complete policy appears when this panel loads.
